Perfume Making Workshops Terms and Conditions 

Booking & Payment

All workshops must be booked and paid for in advance via the website. Your place is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

This policy complies with UK consumer regulations and is outlined clearly below:

1. Full refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled workshop date.

2. 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the workshop.

3. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date.

In exceptional circumstances, refunds or transfers within 7 days may be considered at my discretion. Please contact me to discuss.

Transfers

Where possible, bookings may be transferred to a future workshop date at my discretion, subject to availability.

Attendance

Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for registration. Late arrivals may miss key parts of the workshop, and refunds cannot be offered for missed sessions.

Workshops run for the full stated duration of 3 hours.

Health & Safety

All fragrance materials are handled in line with the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) safety guidelines.

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided during the workshop.

If you have allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns, you must notify me prior to attending.

Venue

Workshops take place at The Wharf Distillery, 2 Brackley Road, Towcester, NN12 6JD. Venue access and facilities are subject to their terms. There is local (currently free) parking at  Tove Long Stay car park in Towcester. Accessible parking is available outside Wharf Distillery. There is step-free access with an accessible toilet, and the workshop will take place on ground level.

Changes or Cancellations by me.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.
